M-Cor Inc. is a family owned corporation founded in 1987 with corporate offices located in Bensenville, Illinois, USA. We are manufacturers of high performance sealing products serving the international sealing industry. In 1987, our principal products were encapsulated o-rings and encapsulated gaskets. Within five years, our success within the sealing industry required that we increase our manufacturing capacity of encapsulated products. So, in 1992 we opened a manufacturing plant in Helena, Montana, USA to facilitate our need for expansion. This expansion enabled us to double our capacity to meet customer demands. Throughout the 1990’s our growth continued through developing successful partnerships with our customers. Then, with the emergence of globalization, we realized an opportunity to continue our forward growth. In 2002, M-Cor Inc. invested in manufacturing equipment and technologies to extrude high performance fluoroelastomers. In 2003, M-Cor Inc. was included in DuPont Performance Elastomers Genuine Viton® Program. In 2006, our engineering department developed curing technology for the manufacture of continuous extruded lengths of Viton® GFS and Viton® Extreme ETP elastomers for conversion into various sealing devices. In 2007 our high performance sealing products include: Teflon® encapsulated o-rings, Teflon® encapsulated gaskets for cam lock couplers, o-ring cord extrusions, complex profile extrusions and tubing extrusions of Viton®, Silicones and EPDM. Also, our engineering department is proud to announce an industry first: continuous cured extruded lengths of Viton® GFS and Viton® Extreme ETP elastomers. We are celebrating 20 years of service to the sealing industry in year 2007. Our success can be attributed to the opportunities our customers offer to service their needs, their continued confidence and the dedication of our employees.
