The Role

We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing accounts. This is a hands-on role that requires both sales acumen and the ability to understand technical details of sealing products.

Responsibilities include:

Developing new business in assigned territory/industries
Managing and expanding key accounts through regular contact and follow-up
Translating customer requirements into tailored solutions
Working closely with engineering and production teams to deliver value-added service
Representing M-Cor at trade shows, conferences, and customer visits

What We’re Looking For

Experience in industrial, technical, or engineered product sales (O-rings, seals, or components preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to read technical drawings/specifications (preferred but trainable)
Self-starter with proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
