Encapsulated Cam Lock Gaskets

M-Cor Inc. manufactures silicone and Viton™/FKM encapsulated cam and groove coupler gaskets for corrosive chemical transport hose applications. These gaskets are designed to replace standard Viton™, Buna, or EPDM gaskets when greater chemical resistance, cleanliness, and sealing reliability are required.

M-Cor’s Encapsulated Cam Lock Gaskets use an elastomer core, such as silicone, FKM, or EPDM, with a PTFE-based encapsulation. This construction helps protect the core from chemical attack while maintaining the resilience needed for sealing pressure.
